The BAM team had a great time recording actor William H. Macy recently! Macy came to BAM for a couple sessions, both engineered by Dave Leffel. One of the sessions involved ADR recording for his role in the Showtime dark comedy “Shameless“, connected with Warner Bros studios in Los Angeles. In the show William plays the role of Frank Gallagher, the flawed patriarch of the highly dysfunctional Gallagher family. The superstar cast of “Shameless” also includes actors Emmy Rossum, Joan Cusack, Ethan Cutkosky, Jeremy Allen White, Cameron Monaghan, and Emma Kenney. The actor also took some time to record voiceover for a new spot campaign for Silk Almondmilk, accompanied by the creative team from Leo Burnett here in Chicago. William H. Macy is an Oscar-nominated actor best known for his roles in award-winning films like “Fargo,” “Magnolia,” “Pleasantville,” and “Jurassic Park III,” as well as various theatrical and television performances. “Shameless”, now entering its fifth season, premieres on Showtime on January 11, 2015 at 9pm/8c.
