The BAM crew had a great time recording for the new HBO series “The Leftovers” with actress Carrie Coon! “The Leftovers” is a new series created by producer Damon Lidelof, based on a novel of the same name by Tom Perotta. In the show, civilization is rocked by the sudden disappearance of 2% of the world’s population; the series focuses on the disrupted and destroyed lives of those who were left behind. Ms. Coon came in to do additional dialogue recording for her role of Nora Durst, a woman struggling with the loss of her entire family to the so-called Sudden Departure. Best known for her Tony-nominated work at Chicago’s Steppenwolf Theater and on Broadway, Carrie has also made appearances on “Law and Order: SVU”, “Ironside”, “The Playboy Club”, and will appear in the upcoming film “Gone Girl”. Other stars of the series include Justin Theroux, Liv Tyler, Christopher Eccleston, Frank Harts, Michael Gaston, and Annie Q. “The Leftovers” airs on HBO on Sundays at 10/9c.
