Spencer Productions called upon BAM Studios for a large ADR session with a group of actors from their latest film “Return to the Hiding Place“. Chicago actors Mimi Sagadin, Carol Alleman, Danny Ahlfeld, Walt Sloan and Sean Bolger had the pleasure of working with BAM’s engineer Dave Leffel on the session. The movie was both written and directed by Peter Spencer and was produced by Petra Spencer Pearce. The story of “Return to the Hiding Place” is about resistance fighter Piet Hartog who witnesses atrocities toward Dutch Jews in Holland. He is drawn by his beautiful love Aty and her Aunt Corrie into the web of espionage and clandestine activities. The film’s main character Hans, who fights against the Nazis to save Jewish lives, was actually a good friend and mentor to the Writer/Director; which most of the stories and lives in the film are based upon.
