BAM was happy to have award-winning writer and reporter Mark Konkol in the studio for the CNN documentary series «Chicagoland», which airs tonight! «Chicagoland» is an eight-part documentary series that focuses on the creation and implementation of public policy in Chicago, and the lives of those who enact and are affected by it. The series is executive produced by Robert Redford and Sundance Pictures, and is created by Mark Benjamin and Marc Levin of Brick City TV. A Pulitzer Prize-winner writer and reporter, Konkol came to BAM to record voiceover for upcoming episodes of the series that will debut in the coming weeks, in a session engineered by Brian Reed. Mark is best known for his work as a writer for the Chicago Sun-Times and DNAinfo.com, as well as for his investigative reporting about the rising cost of violence in Chicago neighborhoods. «Chicagoland» airs on Thursdays at 10/9c on CNN.
